Event Sustainability Live (ESL) saw event industry professionals from across the globe come together to ‘engage, educate and make a difference’ at the show’s highly successful launch at ExCeL London on 15-16 November 2023. 

We are proud to have been the headline sponsor for the inaugural event! We provided five Office Pods for roundtable meetings and an 11m Airoof as a theatre for the various insightful panels and speaker sessions hosted throughout the 2-day event.

Adam Parry, Co-founder of ESL, explained, “The straightforward installation, ease of movement and careful design of Evolution Dome structures allow for more agile event design that puts visitor experience first.

For example, we were able to position several Office Pods in the centre of the show for our roundtable meetings, which kept visitors engaged with the main event rather than having to use separate rooms. The structure’s sound insulation properties allowed meetings to be conducted without disturbance from ambient noise.”

However, our involvement did not stop there! On day 2 our director, Ash Austin joined Matt Coyne and James Simpkins on the main stage, to discuss the “solutions that are changing the face of event sustainability”, where they explored,

• The role of physical products and solutions in transforming the landscape of event sustainability.
• Innovative and eco-friendly products that enhance the overall event sustainability by reducing waste and promoting resource efficiency.
• Real-world examples and insights into the latest trends and best practices in using physical solutions to drive sustainable change in the events industry.
