Whether you’re planning a conference, exhibition, or brand activation, our team is ready to help you make an impact.
The Technology Behind Evolution Dome
At the heart of our structures is our award-winning Sealed Air Beam technology – a system that took over three years to develop and has been engineered to create inflatable structures that are robust, reliable and built for real-world event environments.
Unlike a conventional inflatable structure, our high-pressure Sealed Air Beam framework provides additional structural support. In the event of a power failure, the sealed framework is designed to remain inflated and help support the structure, reducing the risk of immediate deflation. It also helps minimise deflection caused by high winds, contributing to our impressive wind rating of up to 55mph.
The technology works hand-in-hand with the design of our structures. Internal baffles help create the distinctive curves and shapes Evolution Dome is known for, while our modular door system allows structures to be linked together to create larger and more bespoke event spaces, while maintaining a watertight connection.
Combined with our manufacturing process, engineering and years of experience within the events industry, the result is a range of temporary inflatable structures designed to deliver the visual impact of an inflatable with the strength and reassurance required for professional event environments.
Our structures are supported by full engineering reports, giving clients, venues and event organisers greater confidence when specifying an Evolution Dome structure for their event.
Engineered to High Standards
Our commitment to quality goes beyond the design of our structures. We maintain high manufacturing and testing standards across our range, with the materials, seams and structural performance tested against recognised British and European standards.
Our fabrics are tested to BS EN ISO 13934-1:1999, seams to BS EN ISO 13935-2, and the fabrics are fire rated to EN 13823 and BS EN ISO 11925-2. Structural pressure coefficients are taken from Eurocode 1, with safety factors against sliding and uplift based on guidance from the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) for temporary demountable structures.
These standards, combined with our Sealed Air Beam technology, engineering and manufacturing process, allow us to provide temporary inflatable structures designed with safety, strength and reliability at their core.
